Refund policy

Return Window
Max Sport accepts return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Product must be returned in the same condition as delivered

  • Manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered qualify for free return/exchange

Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without packaging or missing tags

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products showing signs of wear such as shoes, gloves, bats, or racquets

  • Hygiene-sensitive items: grips, socks, undergarments, mouth guards

  • Accessories below ₹300

Sports Equipment Note
Cricket bats, badminton racquets, tennis racquets, and protective gear can only be returned if unused and in brand-new condition.

Exchange Policy
If the product doesn’t fit or you want to exchange it for another variant, exchange will be processed based on stock availability.

Refund Approval
Refunds are issued only after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

Refund Method

  • Online payments: refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer or store credit

  • In-store purchases: refunded via store credit only, unless the product is defective

Refund Timeline
Refunds take 5–7 business days after the product passes inspection. Bank processing time may vary.

Refund Rejections
Your refund may be rejected if:

  • The product shows usage marks

  • Packaging or tags are missing

  • Damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect

Store Credit Option
Store credit is valid for 90 days and can be used for any future purchase.

 

Before Order Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch. Full refund will be provided.

After Order Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. You may request a return or exchange after delivery, depending on eligibility.
